Of the Vincent period two contributions by Lutyens, 1905: the grass AMPHITHEATRE, N of the ballroom, and the SUNK GARDEN, to the S (the latter now attached to No. 7 The Gardens, off Pelhams Walk) with well-preserved topiary, and rill decorated with tiles-on-edge. (O’Brien et al., 2022, p.301)
